SKILL ACADEMY : The School for Entrepreneurs

After more than 25 years of experience in highly specialized sectors such as microelectronics, cosmetics, beauty, and purpose-driven innovation, I felt the need to create the kind of school I wish I had attended before launching my own ventures. A true “academy,” inspired by the very first in history but this time, not dedicated to philosophy, but to entrepreneurship with a hands-on approach focused on real needs.

This is how SKILL ACADEMY was born: a place for learning, sharing, and growth, designed for those who want to build with rigor, purpose, and ambition.

In this school, I share everything I’ve learned over the years, honestly and without filters. The wins and the failures, the practical tools, the strategies that work, and above all, the mindset you need to sustain a long-term entrepreneurial journey.

And I won’t be alone: recognized entrepreneurs from my network, who share my values, will join me throughout the program. Together, we are committed to training a new generation of enlightened, agile, and aligned entrepreneurs.

SKILL ACADEMY is not a theoretical program. It’s an immersive, real-world experience that mirrors what founders face every day. We cover every stage of entrepreneurial development, structured around three core pillars:

• Create: bringing a strong, aligned idea to life
• Build: laying the foundations of a viable project
• Scale: accelerating and structuring growth

The school is designed for three types of projects:

• Moonshots, with disruptive potential
• Bootstrap models, resilient and self-sufficient
• Franchise projects, whether you're taking your first step as a franchisee or launching a high-potential concept as a franchisor

Each module runs over three intensive days, from Friday to Sunday, at the IBCBS Campus by Régine Ferreira, in Chartres, a setting that fosters inspiration and transformation.

Participation in SKILL ACADEMY is set at €4,900, which includes:

• the three days of training,
• accommodation,
• and all meals for the weekend (Friday through Sunday).

You arrive on Thursday evening and leave on Sunday afternoon, transformed, inspired, and fully equipped to move your project forward.
