Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the sale of products and services offered on the website https://www.jeanmichelkaram.com (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Karam Investment & Management Services, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 932 591 704, and headquartered at 102 rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris, France.

Products from the IEVA Group brands (cosmetics, wellness, technology)
Products from partner companies in which Jean-Michel Karam has invested
The book authored by Jean Michel Karam
The essential characteristics of the products and services are described on the Website.

Article 3 – Orders
Orders are placed directly on the Website. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order. The order is confirmed by a confirmation email.

Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Karam Investment & Management Services reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are specified on the Website. The Website uses secure payment systems.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process. Delivery times are indicated on the Website. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. The procedure for exercising this right is detailed on the Website.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
